warm lobby excellent directions social customs
the lobby was warm. the staff stored our luggage without issues. ger provided excellent directions to local spots and explained some social customs.
The room lacked air conditioning. It felt stuffy even with the window open.

excellent central hotel stay
central location key attraction decent food nice breakfast
i appreciated the central location near key attractions. the national library was across the street. grafton street, the little museum, and stephen's green were around the corner. i found breakfast nice. the food for dinner was also decent.
i felt the bar service was very slow one evening. it took twenty to thirty minutes to get a drink. some people walked out due to the wait.

the lobby presented a beautiful aesthetic upon arrival. there was a cozy bar with fireplaces. the hotel provided convenient access to nearby locations like trinity college and shopping areas.

the double room was comfortable. i found tea service as well as still and sparkling water were provided. i was able to open the windows for temperature control in the room.

a perfect stay in a fine city!
helpful staff spring water separate bathroom luggage storage
the staff were helpful with directions. i found complimentary spring water in the room. the king bedroom included a bathroom separate from the bedroom, very convenient. luggage storage was available.
the hotel lacked air conditioning, causing some stuffiness even with the window open. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

the staff members were always attentive and ready to help, ensuring every request was handled with care. i really appreciated their professional attitude and the promptness in addressing my needs. it was wonderful!!!
